PenFlow is a comprehensive penetration testing workflow management tool that simplifies and streamlines the entire testing process. With PenFlow, testers can easily manage and track their testing activities, collaborate with team members, and generate detailed reports for clients.
Design and process
My task was to create the UI from given wireframes, starting with understanding the main users, correcting the user flow to make it easier, asking the client what branding and mood they wanted for their platform, and finally finding the design system.
I used soft and pastel colours and avoided using red - because we wanted a calm and stress-free interface, as this product is related to cybersecurity, we wanted to avoid any stress for the users.
I used some elements from the Carbon design system that fit perfectly with the purpose of the platform.
